We had a great time at WWUG Connect 2023 where we met with partners, old friends and clients, and made potential new ones.

Atlas was a platinum sponsor with a double booth right at the front of the conference. Six of our team members made the journey to Dallas, TX to attend.

Three of our team members taught classes.

  • Andrew Podner – Things to Consider when Integrating With P21Questions to asks and topics to make sure you have an answer for when you are trying to do an integration
  • Randee Taylor – Getting P21 Core data setup for new implementation  – Setting up drop downs and defaults – making sure you have all of the necessary data points set up for things like users, sales reps, buyers, carriers, and defaults such as customer defaults, item defaults.
  • David Clark – Middleware Setup – Getting Ready and Best PracticesThis session will go over an ideal set up/approach (on-premise) as well as how to get prepared and set up for an upcoming middleware deployment.

Team members who couldn’t attend provided support by helping prepare desktop computers with software demos of some of our recent work.

  • Mass Pricing Update Tool – Allows you to easily import and schedule millions of price records for update.
  • QC Packing App – An app we developed that helps QC in distribution, using package weights, barcodes and a gamified interface that allows packers to easily see when something has gone wrong.
  • Service Desk – Many attendees were surprised to learn we use P21 to run our business. We demonstrated some of the modifications we’ve made to service orders, such as embedded o365 emails, update response templates and support inbox features. This functionality can be useful in many areas of p21 such as collections.
  • Ecommerce – One of our newest team members, and first time WWUG attendee, is a full-stack web developer who specializes in Ecommerce and rescue projects. She works closely with our P21 team to provide end-to-end solutions for your new or existing website.
