Auto Order Imports
When a customer places an order on Amazon Seller Central (FBM), the connector imports the order into P21 as a sales order at your desired intervals — mapping marketplace SKUs to P21 item IDs, resolving customer and shipping information, and applying configurable business rules. Once the order ships from the warehouse and tracking information is entered in P21, the connector pushes fulfillment updates back to the marketplace so the customer receives shipping notifications.
Inventory Updates
Inventory synchronization keeps Amazon Seller Central and marketplace listings accurate by monitoring P21 inventory levels and pushing updates to each channel. Configurable rules allow distributors to set safety stock buffers, exclude specific locations, or apply quantity thresholds. Pricing works similarly — when prices change in P21, the connector detects the updates and submits new pricing to the appropriate marketplace.
Amazon Sellers
For Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) sellers, the platform handles additional workflows including FBA inventory reconciliation, inbound shipment tracking, and automated return processing with credit memo creation in P21. Relevant operational and transaction data is maintained to support reporting and reconciliation workflows
Security & Data Protection
- The Atlas Digital Marketplace Connector securely integrates with Amazon Seller Central using encrypted API connections (TLS 1.2+).
- Access to system data is controlled using role-based permissions, and all system activity is logged and monitored.
- Amazon data is accessed only as required to process orders and is not stored beyond necessary processing workflows.
Atlas-exclusive sandbox lets you test with confidence.
A built-in simulation mode allows testing Amazon order-to-fulfillment workflows without live API calls, so new customers can validate their configuration before going live. Each customer gets their own isolated database and container.
