Pricing for Prophet 21 Managed Support

The pricing for Prophet 21 Application Management can use different models. Here are some common pricing models you might encounter.

Billable Hours

Work is done at one hourly rate and billed on a periodic basis, usually monthly. This can be a good solution if you don’t need a large amount of extra support or your support needs are sporadic and vary from month to month.

Monthly Contract

This means that you are in a contract with the support provider and have a recurring monthly payment. Usually, this is for an agreed upon amount of work and goes to hourly rates if there are overages. This can be a good option if you have steady support needs or are outsourcing all of the support for your company. This can be a less costly option than only paying by the hour.

Atlas offers both options. You can find our rates on our pricing page.
