Merging two databases into one optimized Epicor Prophet 21 system

Our client, who is on Prophet 21, purchased another company that also used P21.  The desire was to “merge” the two databases together, allowing the Client to operate on a single P21 database. 

After reviewing the project, Atlas was able to draft a project plan to give the Client a roadmap not only for completing the project, but also for taking the opportunity to adopt best practices from each of the 2 companies to have an overall better outcome with their Prophet 21 system. 

We also provided direct support to the project including:

The project was deployed on schedule and with no serious complications or surprises, completing on December 31, 2018, a long but fruitful 13 months after the project plan was first drafted.
