Atlas is currently accepting resumes for the position of Application Consultant.

Job Purpose
Resolves client issues and maintains positive client relationships. Understands client problems and provides issue and project resolution.

Job Outcomes Produced
• Resolves client issues in a timely fashion through the company’s ticketing and project management system
• Gather requirements for client solutions, including business rules, custom software, etc.
• Overall open ticket and project list is reviewed every week and managed to meet client objectives.
• Active clients are engaged monthly to make sure their systems are running as expected.
• Minimum 30 to 35 billed hours of Client work per week, provided work is available.

Job Results and Accountabilities
The ERP Consultant is accountable for the following:
• Testing proposed client solutions prior to UAT.
• Develop solutions for P21 client isses as determined by client requirements.
• Work on various client related P21 projects, including but not limited to: data conversion, reporting, troubleshooting, custom solution design, new feature implementation & consulting, and other P21 related projects.
• Improving long term client relationships by providing a high level of customer service.
• Staying engaged with new features and developments on the P21 ERP system.

Job Performance Measurement
Job performance in this role is primarily judged based on the quality on-time delivery of client solutions. Additional measurements will be based on meeting company objectives regarding IT systems uptime.
